Unauthorized ultralight lands on Capitol lawn

A small ultralight aircraft landed on the Capitol lawn yesterday, after flying through restricted airspace in downtown Washington D.C. The pilot, a postal worker, reportedly said he was on a mission to deliver a message to Congress, was promptly arrested and faces charges of violating aviation laws.
