Boat capsizes in Mediterranean - hundreds feared dead

A boat carrying approximately 700 people, mostly migrants, capsized off the coast of Libya last night. The Italian coast guard has reportedly only saved 28 people so far. The boat apparently turned over after most of the people on board suddenly moved to one side as another ship approached.
