Congressional Republicans considering tax credits for Obamacare

In light of the Supreme Court's consideration of the Affordable Health Care Act tax subsidies, Congressional Republicans are considering options should the land's highest court decide the current subsidies are unconstitutional. One option would be a refundable tax credit, which some Democrats have already labeled Obamacare lite.
