Avalanche from Nepal earthquake kills 17 on Mt Everest

The Nepal earthquake that caused widespread destruction and up to 2000 deaths has also caused an avalanche on Mt Everest killing 17 and injuring 61 other people. Among the dead was an executive with Google.
