Protesters riot in Baltimore

People protesting the mysterious death of Freddie Gray while in police custody resorted to violence last night as the protest turned into a riot. Buildings and police cars were set on fire causing the governor to declare parts of the city a state of emergency--clearing the way for the National Guard to move in and restore order. The riots come on the heels of several prominent incidents involveing the deaths or injuries of black men by police.
