US sending troops to Africa to battle Boko Haram

White House officials told the press yesterday that 90 U.S. military personnel have been sent to Cameroon, and that another 200 will be sent to the area to help locals fight Boko Haram, a militant organization that has been seeking to take over territory by killing civilians over the past several years.
