U.S. and Japan hold joint naval exercises in prelude to challenging China in South China Sea

The U.S. and Japan held joint naval maneuvers in Tokyo Baby yesterday as a sign of unity and strength in a part of the world where China has been building strength. The exercises came just days before the U.S. sends naval craft into the South China Sea in defiance of Chinese claims of sovereignty.
