Supreme Court reviewing legality of Obama tax subsidies

The Supreme Court has begun listening to arguments regarding the legality of a portion of Obamacare that makes people in all of the states in the Union eligible for tax subsidies or it applies only those states that chose to participate in the health insurance program.
