President Obama imposes emission limits on coal fired power plants

President Obama used his executive powers to place emission controls on coal fired power plants as part of a move to curb greenhouse gas emissions that most most scientists believe is causing global warming. The new controls would not go into effect, however until after 2016, which will mean his successor will have to follow through with the plan for it to work.
