Flag to go up in Cuba after 54 years

The U.S. flag will be raised in Cuba at the newly restored American Embassy in Havana today, the first time that has happened since 1961. Secretary of State John Kerry will attend the ceremony which highlights thawing of relations between the two countries after many years of isolation.
