President sends more trroops to Iraq to fight IS

President Obama has ordered 450 more troops to Iraq to advise and assist Iraqi soldiers battling the Islamic State. Those troops will join the 3,100 are already there--the plan is to help the Iraqis take back territory lost to IS.
