Explosion at water park concert in Taiwan injures over 500 people

An explosion caused by the ignition of a "white powder" near the stage during an ongoing concert in Taipei, Taiwan has injured over 500 people with almost 200 of them suffering burns significant enough to need care at local hospitals. It is not known if the blast was intentional.
