Convicted navy pilot reportedly offered secrets to Chinese

Prosecutors are looking into a letter purportedly written by Lt. Daniel Chase Harris to Chinese officials after his conviction on child pornography charges. In the letter, Harris offers to give secrets to the Chinese if they would break him out of jail.
